Description

Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide delivery of an estimated 15 Food Waste Collection Vehicles. From 31st March 2026, the council will have a legal duty to ensure dry recyclable materials and food waste are collected separately from household residual waste. The purpose of this tender is to purchase food waste collection vehicles for this statutory obligation.
