Business Rates Rateable Value finder and Appeals Forecasting tool

Provision of software services for the Revenues and finance departments to utilise specialist services to locate business rates properties which are not currently valued for rates. Also, the service is used by finance department to forecast how the number of appeals received may affect revenue budgets

Additional information: Initial term 3 years 01 July 2023 - 30 June 2026 but potential for extension of a further 12 months meaning up to a 4 year term in total and value is as if full 4 years utilised.
