GB-London: VB472 Gala Dinner Event Agency

NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 September 2016 for the following reason: Extension to the submission date and timeExploreGB is our annual flagship event bringing together UK tourism products such as accommodation providers, destinations, retail companies, attractions, and transport providers to meet and do business with international tour operators and travel agents as well as members of the international media. ExploreGB takes place over two days and is comprised of a workshop of pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings and a gala dinner on the evening of the first day. All delegates are in attendance at the dinner as well as additional invited guests and VIPs. ExploreGB 2017 will be the third edition of this event. The event was previously held in Liverpool (ACC / Anglican Cathedral) and Ascot (racecourse). This proposal is to seek an event agency which can assist in the management of the gala dinner for ExploreGB.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
