## Description

The opportunity is for the successful bidder to conduct the audit services for the Essex Cares Limited group and its three subsidiaries \(two of which are not utilised at trading entities but attract actuarial pension movements\)\. The same entities require the evaluation and calculation of Corporate Tax Assessments and subsequent tax returns as well as Financial Statement production of all applicable entities\.
