Work description
Contract to deliver two waves of the Survey of Tenants & Residents 2020-2021 on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest. This survey is distributed to occupants of the council's owned and managed housing stock. It is used to generate insight into satisfaction with the services being delivered in order to drive continuous improvement
