## Description

The Harnall Row building was purchased by the University in summer 2020\. Future works currently based in the Hub Building are relocating to Harnall Row, therefore refurbishment works are required to this building to accommodate their expanding team and services they provide and also to ensure connectivity to the main university campus\.
