## Description

The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Security &Concierge Services\. This Framework Agreement will comprise of three \(3\) Lots which are as are as follows: Lot 1-Security Guarding, Key Holding & Alarm Response Lot 2-Vacant Premises & Estates Security\. Lot 3-Concierge Services\. The London Borough of Hackney wishes to engage/work in partnership with an external Contractor\(s\) that can deliver the above service requirements\. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of four \(4\) years and it is intended that the framework agreement will start on 1st March 2018\.
