## Description

A contract for the production of a Strategic Outline Business Case \(SOBC\) to support a successful bid to the Department for Transport Restoring Your Railways grant funding\. The funding bid was on the basis of improving connectivity between Melton Mowbray and Nottingham\. The SOBC will be produced in accordance with DfT and Network Rail requirements\. It will include a strategic case for the enhanced connectivity, the development of options \(including ITSS\), the economic case, and the financial, commercial and management cases\.
