This is to supply Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, Deep Cleaning & Ventilation Ducting Services\. Scope of requirements: There are 8 geographical lots Lot 1 - Scotland Lot 2 - Northern Ireland Lot 3 - Wales Lot 4 - Northwest Lot 5 - Northeast Lot 6 - Midlands Lot 7 - Southeast Lot 8 - Southwest under each of the geographical lot, there are 4 sub lots Sub lot a - Catering and Dishwashing Equipment Maintenance \(inc\. gas services\) o Reactive visits \(labour & call out charges\) o Proactive visits \(labour & call out charges\) o Asset management service o Regular Gas Servicing \(labour & call out charges\) Sub lot b - Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance o Reactive visits \(labour & call out charges\) o Proactive visits \(labour & call out charges\) o Asset management service Sub lot c - Kitchen Clean Services \(covers kitchen deep clean, Kitchen ventilation, Duct cleaning\) o Kitchen Deep Clean, including surface cleaning \(floors, walls\), lighting, equipment \(inside and out\) and kitchen fittings o High Level Cleaning including ceilings, structural steel work, lighting\. o Grease Trap Cleaning o Un-blocking of drains \(within kitchen walls only\) o Reactive visits \(labour & call out charges\) o Proactive visits \(labour & call out charges\) o Extraction and ventilation duct cleaning to TR19 levels Sub lot d - One Stop Shop o Catering and Dishwashing Equipment Maintenance o Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance o Kitchen Ventilation & Duct Cleaning Tenderer can bid for multiple Geographical lots and multiple sub lots under each geographical lot\. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE RESPONSE TO THIS TENDER, TENDER IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN ARRANGED SITE VISIT\. FAILING TO DO SO, THE SUBMISSION WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THIS TENDER\.
