## Description

DCMS requires a supplier to work in partnership with DCMS to produce an 'Innovation Index'\. This index would aim to rank a range of sectors in the UK by their readiness to adapt to an increasingly data-driven world\. This project will include delivery of a questionnaire, analysis plan, a virtual scoping workshop and a summary report\.
