Soft Market Test - Low Carbon Fleet Plan

We're looking how to transform our fleet to a low carbon one by 2030. Before we look to procure our fleet we need to ascertain the future of electric cars or alternative fueled cars to diesel/petrol vehicles (the procurement is a different project). Following the proposal we will need to commence the plan and have findings by end of September 24 so we can procure vehicles in October 24.
