\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCC RM6126 Research & Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement As UK launch capabilities are developed and become operational \(2022 in England and 2023 in Scotland\) the UKSA must accurately keep track of the benefits and disbenefits associated with a UK launch market and have put in place a monitoring and evaluation \(M&E\) framework\. A series of tools and metrics have been developed to provide ongoing monitoring of the UK launch market and to track progress towards pathfinder launch and the longer-term objective of establishing a commercially sustainable launch market in the UK\. To gauge the contribution that the Programme has had on the space sector, local communities, and broader economy a series of impact evaluations and assessment of perceptions are scheduled for 2026, and 2031 and 2036\.
