TVCA alongside Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are seeking to appoint a Provider for the supply, maintenance, repair and replacement of bus shelters with and without advertising rights at a variety of sites across the four boroughs for a period of 10 year\.
