Test Valley Borough Council \(TVBC\) wish to commission a heritage interpretation scheme for the new development of The Paddocks at Picket Twenty Extension development in Andover\. The chosen artist will find creative and engaging ways to bring to life the important heritage of the site through public art and an education programme\. The lead artist will also act as mentor to an emerging and local artist to support their experience of working on public art commissions\.
