## Description

The service is to provide an evidence-based and targeted Oral Health Promotion Service for identified communities and vulnerable groups in Nottingham that incorporates best practice to maintain and improve their oral health\. This service will be driven by local need, prioritising reducing health inequalities whilst also reducing the pressure on health and social care services\.
