## Description

Teesside University aims for BREEAM Outstanding on all its new buildings and encourages continuous learning\. Therefore, the consultant is requested to provide a quotation to carryout separate Post Occupancy Evaluation on the following four capital building projects, three of which have been recently completed and the fourth due to be complete next year\.
