Work description
Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking an organisation to provide care and support for up to 12 adults (expected age 16 - 65) with a learning disability and/or autism, autistic spectrum disorder, mental health problems, sensory impairments or physical health problems, in Ollerton. Suppliers who are on the Care, Support and Enablement for Younger Adults with Disabilities and/or complex needs Framework (Ref: DN254666) are now invited to tender for the following provision: Call-Off 2 - Supported Living Service - Ollerton.
