## Description

This service is needed to Project manage individual scheme delivery programmes through the design, statutory and business case governance processes\. The service will complement the existing specialist technical services within National Highways such as SES, Communications etc\. The service will support the delivery of each individual scheme through National Highways' project control framework for stage managed delivery\.
