## Description

Braintree District Council own and are building on a new Business Park, housing a range of innovative firms - Horizon 120 in Great Notley, Braintree, Essex\. We are seeking to appoint a consultant for the concept and detailed design of unusual and interesting Wayfinding signage across the business park\. The successful consultant will subsequently be responsible for the manufacture and installation of signage on site with a completion date of 15 April 2022\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
