## Description

LCC has a contract with Trace for its Fleet Management solution, Trace provided LCC with notice that it will no longer be continuing to provide this solution for any client\. As a result Fleet Services has looked at the market to understand what is available and who can supply LCC with what they need\. LCC \(Fleet Services\) wants to move to a cloud based, Electronic, Earned Recognition fleet and maintenance system\. Until now LCC has operated a mixture of manual and online systems integrating through pure human input\. By moving across to a new Fleet Management System processes can become more automated and the need for human intervention is reduced\.
