Service Package 1: Prepare technical documentation and relevant advisory support to enable the production of Outline Business Cases (OBC's) on a number of the 12 locations. Work is to commence in Spring 2026, OBC's are to be completed ready for submission to HMT in Spring/Summer 2026.
