Adult Community Services - NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs).

The contract award is made to Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) for the provision of Adult Community Services across NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB.

The contract term is 1 year, with option to extend for 12 months (01.04.23 - 31.03.24 option 01.04.24 - 31.03.25).

The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000.
