## Description

We would like to procure organisations to deliver democratic engagement projects under four themes/lots: Democratic engagement in England, Democratic Engagement in Scotland, Accessible Voting, and Digital Engagement\. These projects would support under-registered groups to take part in elections, and would run for up to four years\.
