Contract for the provision of legal services for N&W Group Mo

Provide legal advice in relation to the group model. This will include: • Advising on the options for governance of a group model including putting in place a group board • Drafting the memorandum of understanding and partnership agreement that will underpin the group model • Support on the process for the selection and appointment of a joint chair and chief executive • Providing support to the boards and Councils of Governors as appropriate
