1.1 A managed service is required to provide a team to perform portfolio, programme, and project (PPM) capabilities. This will enable a smooth and effective route towards adopting the recommendations from the Major Law Enforcement (MLE) Programmes Review. The recommendation for the service required to support the Target Operating Model for the National Policing bodies and the Home Office.
