## Description

National Highways is looking to set up a contract for provision of services and goods to re-imagine laybys including reducing anti-social behaviour and illegal activities\. The consultant will deliver a range of capabilities aligned to National Highways objectives and in addition enable efficient delivery of the corporate and legislative objectives\.
