Lower Lane - Phased Development

The scope of the project is to install a number of driveways to improve parking on a number of streets within the Lower Lane estate, as well as complete major highways and pathway improvement works to all roads within the estate as per the specification and programme.

The phasing of works is to be arranged between the Client and Contractor upon award of contract. Works will begin on 1st April 2022. Programming and phasing of works to be agreed before mobilisation.
