The Chief Digital Information Officer \(CDIO\) wants to improve the department's visibility across Ofgem's organisation, creating high value impact for their people\. Building a strong culture is the foundation of effective delivery\. One that makes people feel heard, valued, and supported\. Managing change and making a difference means improving accessibility for all using a variety of ways to engage, train, and coach people\. Ofgem therefore requires a successful supplier to: \* Create a clear identity that delivers impact and consistency, ensuring CDIO content is easily recognizable\. \* Deliver engaging training, VIP support and impactful content to drive adoption of Microsoft products\.
