Banking Service - Mini Comp off NEPO 53 Framework Agreement - AWARD

Description

The Riverside Group is seeking to appoint a provider to provide banking services for Riverside Group Limited, for an initial contract period of 7 years, commencing in February 2026. This may be extended by a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and budget approvals at the discretion of the company. It is a preference of the Group that the Bank that will provide this service is the ring-fenced legal entity of the Bank to protect the Group from any unnecessary risk.
