IMS are currently providing technical support to inflight projects through the IMS Technical Support contract. Where possible, IMS are involved during projects' discovery phases to assess the type and how much technical support is required during development, Alpha, Beta and CI phases. This allows Projects to ensure the appropriate finances are built into the respective business case, ensuring TSAs are built into to the appropriate business case from the outset, meaning that many of the projects have budget for such support resource, but do not have a route on-board them.
