LB Havering - Roofing Replacement Programme

Brief description of outcomes to be delivered by the proposed project* 1. The contract will be for the renewal of: Roof coverings to 27 Council owned houses covered in either Plain clay tiles or Concrete roof tiles and to include roof insulation and new PVCU rainwater goods including fascias, soffits & bargeboards.

Summary of main objectives of proposed project* To ensure council owned properties are weatherproofed, adequately insulated and compliant with Building Regulations.
