## Description

The Contractor has agreed to act as the Department's Commissioner in Devon County Council to undertake a review of children's services and leadership in response to Covid-19\. This will include a robust assessment as to how services for the most vulnerable children can best be secured within the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and alongside improvement work\.
