## Description

On behalf of the Champs Directors, we are looking for additional strategic communications capacity to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of an effective, impactful and comprehensive sub-regional Smokefree Cheshire & Merseyside Communication, Engagement and Advocacy Plan, with the aim of driving down smoking rates across Cheshire & Merseyside\. The commission will be managed by the Champs Collaborative Head of Communications in the Champs support team and works closely with the lead Directors of Public Health for Smokefree Cheshire & Merseyside, the ICB Director of Population Health and Population Health team and the Champs Support Team, ensuring effective communication and joint working with public health leaders as key system partners\.
