REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF CLOSED CHURCHYARD MAINTENANCE

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council require grounds maintenance operations to be carried out at seven closed churchyards within the borough. The contract is for general grounds maintenance which includes grass cutting, pruning of trees and shrubs, collection and disposal of litter amongst other grounds maintenance duties.

The contract will run for two years with an option to extend for a further year.

Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Bidders. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Bidders and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Bidders Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
