GB-Birmingham: Pioneer Group Health and Safety Consultancy Services

Description

The scope of the Contract is the provision of Health and Safety Consultancy Services to Pioneer. The core requirement is the provision of support and advice on general Health and Safety on workplace health and safety and building safety matters alongside monthly administration and reporting. The core requirements are to be provided on a retainer agreement, based on 2 days Services per month. The days per month may reduce from year 3 of the Contract onwards, as Pioneer builds more Health and Safety capability in-house. Additional Services outside the scope of the retainer agreement will be priced individually according to the requirement, and includes: •Health and Safety audits •Health and Safety training •Evaluation of Health and Safety sections of tender responses •Board member training, advice and guidance on health and safety responsibilities The Contract with the Successful Bidder will last for an initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend at Pioneer's discretion for further period of up to 2 further years, giving a total potential term of 4 years. The Contract will commence in December 2024. Further details of the requirement are set out in the Invitation to Tender Document. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
