## Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of conversion works at Winstanley Community Centre \(currently KT Performing Arts Centre\) into a Family Contact Centre to replace a temporary facility\. The Winstanley Centre is currently unoccupied and fulfils the requirements for development into a purpose designed facility so that children can meet their families in a safe and controlled environment\. Tenderers should be aware that a planning application is currently in place for the development\. Therefore, this project is subject to planning approval\.
