Asbestos Survey & Air Monitoring activities to their housing stock \(predominately tenant occupied properties\) as instructed by the Employer within Contract Area\. The contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a fixed term to 31\.10\.24 with one option to extend to 31\.10\.25\. There is no volume or workflow guarantee\. This underlying contract is awarded via a direct selection from Lot 1 \(Asbestos Survey Works\) of the EN:Procure Asbestos & Demolition Framework
