Work description
Asbestos Survey & Air Monitoring activities to their housing stock (predominately tenant occupied properties) as instructed by the Employer within Contract Area. The contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a fixed term to 31.10.24 with one option to extend to 31.10.25. There is no volume or workflow guarantee.
This underlying contract is awarded via a direct selection from Lot 1 (Asbestos Survey Works) of the EN:Procure Asbestos & Demolition Framework
