## Description

The main objective is to provide fully compliant heating, ventilation and cooling systems to the offices at East Northamptonshire Council, Cedar Drive during the four phase of the existing building refurbishment\. The projects consists of a full contractor design and installation of a four new VRV system and all associated electrical, mechanical and specialist control works\.
