Flying Starts Nursery\\n \\n Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council \(\\"The Council\\"\) invites interested parties \('Tenderers'\) to participate in a tender exercise for Flying Starts Nursery\.\\n \\n The duration of the contract will be for 4 years \('contract period'\) \\n \\n Tenderers should note that there is a requirement to enter into a lease agreement and an operational agreement\.
