WDH is seeking an independent evaluator to undertake a 'summative assessment' of the England European Regional Development Fund \(ERDF\) Airedale Carbon Reduction Retrofit project\. The report will comprise an impact evaluation encompassing the requirements of a summative assessment, requested by our funders\. It should follow the Guidance \(v4\) ESIF-GN-1-033 and Appendices ESIF-GN-1-034\.
