In order for the feasibility study to progress, we now require indicative costings for the building designed by Stanton Williams. The costs of construction will feed into the overall feasibility study that Chesterfield Borough Council is preparing for consideration by the Council's Cabinet.

In order to determine likely costs for development we now require advice from quantity surveyors/cost consultants. We require the following:

• Costs analysis and budget estimate based on indicative gateway building designs

• Indication of timescale of build

• Any headline advice to support a reduction in costs based on experience of supporting the development of buildings of this type/scale to help inform the next stage of the design process

• Liaison with architects on the approach to the design of the dome structure

• High level risk analysis of the design proposals from a QS perspective
