To offer a unique accommodation experience in Jersey where visitors and locals alike can experience staying in a Marina without having to own a boat\.\\r \\r The accommodation pod solution needs to be modular construction, subject to local planning approval and building byelaws\. The pods are to be delivered and attached/moored to pre-existing pontoons in the marina\.
