## Description

The provision of Domestic Energy Performance Certificates \(EPC\) to both void and tenanted properties\. Also there will be a requirement for the successful contractor to provide Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificates, to a small number of commercial buildings \(small shops\) we maintain on behalf of Derby Homes\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
