Sky Lanterns, Barbecues and Helium Balloons - The Risks and Mitigation Options - Research Project

To investigate the costs and benefits of sky lanterns, helium-filled balloons and portable and disposable barbecues ('barbecues') on the environment and make recommendations for policy approaches to mitigate any significant risks.
