## Description

From 1 April 2020, BCP will be responsible for operating waste services within the Christchurch area, a vehicle procurement solution is required to ensure sustained service delivery\. The collection vehicles currently used to collect waste in Christchurch are near end-of-life, with significant maintenance costs incurred and associated service continuity impacts\.
