## Description

Under the Public Health Act 1936 and the Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949, the Council is required to keep the District free of rats, mice and other vermin and to provide a reactive service to any reports of pests by the Public\. This tender invites suitably qualified and equipped organisations to provide the services which are required for the Council to discharge their duty under the regulations
