## Description

This tender is for undertaking a bespoke survey covering a representative sample of non-domestic consumers \(microbusinesses, SMEs and large businesses\), complemented with qualitative research to give us in-depth information for case studies\. Ofgem wants to improve its understanding of non-domestic energy consumers\. As such, the survey should cover questions around the costs and affordability of energy for non-domestic consumers, their needs, priorities, and challenges as we all as how they are experiencing the recent rise in energy costs\.
