The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk intends to appoint a contractor to replace the existing internal handrails with stainless-steel handrails and fixings from the Ground Floor to the Third Floor at Kings Court, Chapel Street, Kings Lynn , PE30 1EX in accordance with Building Regulations Approved Document K\.
