## Description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council \("the Council"\) have conducted a further competition procurement process in accordance with the requirements within Crown Commercial Services framework \(CCS\) Data and Applications Solution under lot 2b - Environmental and Planning, for a cloud based housing management platform\. The contract will commence on 16 September 2020 and will run for an initial period of forty eight \(48\) months plus three \(3\) x twelve \(12\) month extensions making the expiry date: Friday 13 September 2024 \(Initial Period - forty eight \(48\) months\)\. Wednesday 15 September 2027 \(Initial Period \+ options to extend - forty eight \(48\) months \+ three \(3\) x twelve \(12\) months\)\.
